★穂高神社の伝説① 闇の情報屋
日本に来て、早5年半あまり…。
まるで浦島太郎のように、17世紀から現代の日本に来てしまった俺。
なぜ、俺はここにいるのか?
…ま、あまり深く考えないことにしよう。
さて、それはそれとして、海賊船レッド・サファイア号を見つけ出さなければならない。
それには、穂高神社にまつわる、安曇族の謎をとくことが必要と思われる。
安曇野の人々のルーツは、海人であったかもしれない、もしくはカリブ海の民族が移住してきたのかもしれない。
…と、専門家や考古学者はとなえている。(全員では無いが)
安曇野市非公認であり、ディ○二ー非公認の海賊行為をしているこの俺だが、この件に関してはとても興味深い。
そして、数々の伝説や言い伝えをたどっていくと、海人たちは、北九州からやってきたことがわかった。
そして、彼らは志賀島という島で暮らしていたということも。
俺は、志賀島に行き、安曇族の謎を解かなければならない。
しかし、この連日の女遊びや、酒びたりの日々ですっかり金が乏しくなってしまった。
金持ちの商人などを襲えば、金が手に入るだろうが、現代の日本警察はかなり手ごわい。
余計なトラブルは起こさないほうが賢明というものだ。
しかし、北九州は遠い。金がいる。
どうしたものか。
そうだ!!
一年に一回くらいしか思い出さないのだが、奴に聞いてみよう!
俺は、闇の情報屋のもとへ行った。
俺「…と、いうわけで、かくかくしかじかなんだが…。」
闇の情報屋「なるほど…。へっへっへ、だんな、良い情報がありますぜ!! 電車が日本全国載り放題!! というここだけの情報が!!」
俺「何!! 電車が乗り放題だと!! そんなバカな!!」
